The new restaurant, "Nidito Menya Musashi," is based on the concept of "inheriting the master's techniques while working side by side to take on new challenges." It will be operated by a single owner and will only be open when the owner is present.

As such, the owner's name (in this case, Shota Kishimoto) will be included in the restaurant name.
